26 BODY EXERCISES

FEEL THE FIRE IN YOU

Bikram Yoga consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, which have high therapeutic effects and is suitable for beginners as well as advanced students. The postures promote an optimal well-being and work up so that each position warms up the muscle groups which are used in the next posture.

 

In the end all muscles, bones, joints, glands and internal organs are trained and the blood is enriched with oxygen, which is pumped to every cell of the body. This promotes all-round health in every part of the body.
