On an area of 272 m² with a ceiling height of 3 meters, our bright studio offers plenty of natural light and space for your best and most intense yoga practice. The spacious lounge area invites you to relax with a cup of tea or connect with our warm yoga community.

In the yoga room, a hot air system ensures the air is heated to over 90°C, instantly killing bacteria and viruses due to the high temperature. A filtration system provides additional cleaning, accompanied by a humidification system that prevents your eyes, skin, and airways from drying out. This protects your mucous membranes and makes them less susceptible to bacteria and viruses. Thanks to high investment costs, unlike the cheaper alternatives with infrared panels, we ensure optimal humidity and the perfect room climate - according to the original Bikram Hot Yoga method developed by Bikram Choudhury in California in 1973. This comprehensive heat, combined with moisture, creates a natural environment similar to the climate in India, the birthplace of yoga. Your health is our priority.

Large mirrors on the front and side walls help you correct your postures and find the perfect alignment. Self-observation in the mirror enhances focus and concentration—true to the Bikram Yoga motto: "Look in the Mirror and Love Yourself!"

The separate changing rooms are equipped with multiple showers and offer all necessary amenities such as hairdryers, deodorant, makeup remover wipes, and more. Our newly renovated restrooms are available for both men and women.

Our small yoga shop invites you to browse—here you’ll find a wide selection of high-quality, affordable yoga wear, yoga mats, matching towels in cheerful colors, yoga bags, and much more, specifically designed for Hot Yoga.
