WHAT IS INFERNO HOT PILATES?

What is Inferno Hot Pilates?

Hot Pilates is a 60-minute, intensive and gentle training that postures the whole body. The training room is heated to 35 degrees Celsius and the humidity is 40%.

This training system, which combines the Pilates principles with high intensity interval training, is also gentle on the body. It is an intensive total body workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve health and well-being.

How does Inferno Hot Pilates work?

Inferno Hot Pilates combines cardio and muscle training through fast, effective training. It is a combination of intensive interval training (HIIT), the Pilates principle of body alignment and cardio. Inferno Hot Pilates keeps the heart rate high, strengthens the body and burns many calories and fat.

You will be rewarded with long, slender muscles that tighten and strengthen the body. The heat loosens the muscles, tendons and joints and makes it generally more supple for the postures. The 40% moisture makes the body sweat as it cleanses deep into the body. The increased heart rate also promotes metabolism and boosts fat burning.

Why Inferno Hot Pilates?

We often spend our daily lives sitting down. We sit while working, eating, travelling or at meetings. As a result, our main muscle groups such as the gluteal, abdominal and pelvic floor muscles are deactivated. This deactivation leads to many health problems. These include obesity, back pain, faster degeneration of bones and joints (osteoporosis) and even pelvic floor dysfunction.

In most cases, however, prevention is the simplest cure. Inferno Hot Pilates not only strengthens the buttock, abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, but also strengthens and supports the hips, back, spine, internal organs and all our essential bodily functions.

The results are that back pain, poor posture, weight problems and weak muscles are relieved or eliminated. You gain strength, flexibility, range of motion and increase your mental awareness. This greatly increases longevity, vitality and quality of life.

Is Inferno Hot Pilates suitable for everyone?

Since it is a low-impact lesson (without jumping), anyone can practice Inferno Hot Pilates. The training focuses on strengthening and healing the body. This is done through basic movements that create a connection between mind and body. The postures are suitable for every fitness level! In the beginning you start slowly and increase the intensity of the postures over time. The lessons are always focused on the correct body alignment and give an incredible body feeling.

What can I expect in an Inferno Hot Pilates lesson?

Heat: The room is 35 degrees Celsius hot with a humidity of 40%. This increases blood circulation, relaxes the muscles, which increases control over them and reduces the risk of injury.

Inferno: Feel the fire in you - You will "burn" all the time and feel your muscles. That's the goal. If it burns, it works!

Music: During the training you listen to motivating music. This increases the fun factor and brings a great energy into the group. It's just a lot of fun.

HIIT: HIIT is also called interval training. It's a training technique where you give it your all. This means one hundred percent effort through fast, intensive training units, followed by short recovery periods. HIIT maintains and keeps the heart rate high and burns more fat in less time. The metabolism is higher for hours afterwards, making it an incredibly efficient workout. Because you work in fast bursts with little stress, this can improve endurance without putting a strain on the heart and body. HIIT Cardio supports the heart efficiency and supplies the muscles with oxygen faster.

Cardio: A cardiovascular workout is known to boost fat and calorie consumption and support weight loss. It strengthens the heart, increases lung capacity and helps reduce the risk of heart attack, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes and some forms of cancer. In Inferno Hot Pilates we do our cardio in the so-called tabata, so it takes only 4 minutes to match 30 minutes of an average cardio.

TABATA: Tabata is a specific interval training with high intensity, inspired by Dr. Izumi Tabata. It is always done in 4-minute increments with 8 rounds of 20 seconds of high intensity and 10 seconds of rest (active recovery).

Stress on the body

How-Impact postures are less stressful for the body, especially for our joints. They are a good way to get a workout that makes the heart pump and reduces the risk of injury. Because there is always a foot or hand on the floor, there is no excessive shock or impact on the joints.

Everyone benefits from this training. Anyone can do it.
